Fry your bacon and reserve the grease. Then sauté your shrimp in the bacon grease with a little paprika. Layer lettuce, avocado, cherry tomatoes, bacon & shrimp. Whisk together equal parts dijon mustard, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar for your own home-made dijon vinaigrette.
