Instant Pot Moussaka

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 lb (500g) ground beef
  • 2 C (500g) tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 freshly ground pepper
  • 1 large eggplant/aubergine

garnish

  • 5 oz feta 150 g, crumbled
  • 1 large handful fresh mint chopped
  • salad and warm toasted pita to serve

sauté during prep:

  • + olive oil, garlic, onion — until fragrant
  • + ground beef — until browned
  • + the rest

Manual, High, Sealing 12 min.

Natural release, Keep warm for hours.
