It’s Thanksgiving and we are at the Château preparing for our biggest event of the year. This year twenty-two Parisiens will car-pool from the capital to the Burgundy region for a big family weekend! There will be lots of young couples, lots of young couples expecting babies, and lots of young couples with toddlers. And the star of the show will of course be the Thanksgiving turkey! But it will be accompanied by dozens of traditional American side dishes and best of all my Grammie’s Buns! These little dinner rolls have a sweet melt-in-your-mouth flavor and no Thanksgiving would be complete without them.
