Classic Panna Cotta

Gelatin has many health benefits, among which it erases wrinkles and strengthens hair!

English Version
(Six servings)
2 1/8 cups (50 cl) heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup (50 g) sugar
1 tbsp vanilla or one vanilla bean
gelatin — 3 gelatin sheets or 3/4 pkg of Knorr gelatin powder

Heat the cream, sugar and vanilla until boiling point. Immediately remove from the heat and add the gelatin. (If using solid sheets they will need to be pre-soaked in cold water.)

Stir well and fill little cups. Chill several hours.

Serve with a raspberry puréé. (I blend fresh or frozen raspberries with sugar to taste.)

Version Française
(six portions)
50 cl de crème fraîche liquide
50 g de sucre
1 gousse de vanille ou càs d’extrait de vanille
3 feuilles de gélatine

Mettre la crème, le sucre et la vanille dans un casserole et faire frémir. Dès le début de l’ébullition, retirer la casserole du feu et ajouter les 2 feuilles de gélatine préalablement trempées dans l’eau froide.

Bien remuer et mettre dans des coupelles. Laisser refroidir quelques heures.

Ajouter du coulis de framboise.
