Saint Nicholas is by far one of my favorite French holidays. Even though my Parisien readers will acknowledge that it’s not very well known in the city. 😉 Julien’s Manalas were just perfection! Dipped in homemade hot chocolat, 250 g dark chocolat per litre. Great family fun!
