2 cups (260g) flour
1 tsp (6g) baking soda
1/4 tsp (une pincée) salt
1/2 cup (125g) butter
3/4 cup (170g) brown sugar
(100g) bar of baking chocolate
In one bowl mix the flour, soda and salt.
In another bowl mix the melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, and bananas.
Then stir the two together and finally add the chocolate chunks.
Pour into a generously buttered loaf pan or 12 muffin tins.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
