Rob’s Marinated Entrecôte

Thick sliced quality steak (Entrecôte)
Marinated in Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce.
Then seasoned on the grill with cracked peppercorn, sea salt and garlic.
Seared 2 minutes each side.
Allow your steak to rest off of the heat 2 minutes more to continue settling before transferring it to your plate.
Served here with Japanese Salad and parsnip purée.
