It’s that easy. You can’t tell me it’s easier to open a bottle of ginger-ale than to peal a banana, I’m sorry, I have to put my foot down. Carbs and calories exist to pump vitamins and nutrients to your mind and body, so let them do their job and you’ll be rewarded in energy level, stress reduction, sharp thinking, increased libido, and oh yea… happiness!

Best Smoothie Ever!
(yields two servings)
Directly into blender or food processor :
1 cup (25 cl) yogurt
2 bananas sliced
1/2 cup (12 cl) milk
1/2 cup (12 cl) orange juice
Sprinkled on top, and stirred in gently :
1 handful of your favorite fresh or frozen berries

Peach-Season — Instead of berries, chop one fresh peach directly into the blender with the first ingredients for a tropical peach-season delight.
