You lay out a grid of two hour increments and color code the boxes with their ideal poles of productivity. No less than two hour increments or you will never progress, and, um, don’t forget to shower. 😂
When items of a pole of productivity are the same color then decision making becomes child’s play. If a yellow item gets postponed you swap it on the schedule with another item from the same pole. That way each day you continue making progress on each goal and you never have to ask what to do next.
You’ll never have to labor over whether to engage your time. If it fits in your poles of productivity, it is in. If not, it’s an easy no.
