Thai omelet in my Bento Box. My classy bento lunches have been making all the other coaches jealous. Most recently Rob fixed me duck steak in coconut and red curry sauce with lychees. So sad I don’t have a photo of that one. If all goes well I’ll finish my coaching certification in January.
