Fluffy Homemade Icing

6 cups (710 g) powdered sugar

1 cup (250 g) butter

1/2 cup (10 cl) milk

2 tsp (càc) vanilla

In a large bowl mix 4 cups (500 g) of powdered sugar with butter, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Then add the last two cups (210 g) of powdered sugar and continue beating until dreamy and fluffy. I piped this onto my red velvet cupcakes for the perfect snow effect.
