Breakfast – because vitamins promote happiness

How do we plan on surviving a two month conference tour and road trip without becoming slaves to fastfood? In one word : BREAKFAST

Incontestably, the most important meal of the day!

We plan on racking up over 2000 miles on the road, so we’re going to need a satisfying diet to avoid snacking temptation. To achieve this and to complete a healthy hearty breakfast.

What do Plasters of Paris enjoy for breakfast? A little bit of everything. We’ll probably go a little crazy filling the cupboards with goodies that remind us of our childhood, and long lost favorites that we can’t get in Paris.
