I just discovered a recipe for homemade Philly Cream Cheese. Made the old fashioned way stirring milk on the stove. It tastes great on toast! France has lots of great cheeses, they say if you try a new one every day, by the end of the year you wouldn’t have exhausted the selection. But they don’t have Philly Cream Cheese, so when I found this simple recipe I decided to give it a whirl!

Look at me, I’m so proud of the cheesecake I made with my homemade cheese!

I served this Cheesecake to the gospel choir for a snack after practice. It went great with a nice cup of tea after singing gospel music for 2 hours.
