Thick Creamy Homemade Greek Yogurt – The way yogurt was meant to taste

ORIGINAL RECIPE

1 Litre lait demi-écrèmé (4 Cups 2% milk) cold from the fridge
1 packet of cultures
12 hours
In a yogurt machine
Strain with cheesecloth.
Makes 60 cl (2.5 Cups)

MY NEIGHBOR’S RECIPE

20 cl heavy whipping cream (1 Cup crème entière)
80 cl lait demi-écrèmé (4 Cups 2% milk) already room temperature
1 packet of cultures
9 hours
In a yogurt machine
Makes 1 L (4 Cups)

INSTANT POT RECIPE

(shown in white picture)
1 Litre lait demi-écrèmé (4 Cups 2% milk) cold from the fridge
1 packet of cultures
10 hours
In Instant Pot – glass lid – yogurt setting – 10 hrs – normal temp
Strain with cheesecloth.
Makes 47 cl (2 Cups)
