Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies
1/2 cup Crisco (softened butter)
1/2 cup (115 g) brown sugar (mascobado)
1/2 cup (115 g) sugar
— cream together then add in —
1 1/2 cup (465 g) peanut butter (there are 2 cups in an 18 oz jar)
1 tsp (càc) vanilla
1 egg
2 TBSP (càs) milk
1/2 tsp (càc) salt
1 tsp (càc) soda
1 1/2 cup (200 g) flour
Mix well. Form small balls. Roll in sugar. Bake 375° for 10 min (8 min chaleur tournante). Add Hershey’s kisses immediately while they are still hot. Remove from pan right away to cool.
