Feuilleté d’Endive – Baked Endive

Roll ham around a belgian endive.

Place two ham/endive rolls end to end in the center of your puff pastry dough.

Wrap one side of the puff pastry dough over the two endives. Slice the other side of the puff pastry dough and wrap over the first side. Bake as directed.

Prepare a beschamel sauce to accompany this dish.
