Day 7 of enforced confinement
We have been reading and reenacting epic stories of people confined in their homes.
It’s a great conversation starter to count our blessings. At least we still have groceries. We might not have the full selection, but at least our bellies are full. At least we don’t have to be silent like Anne Frank. Or at least we don’t have stinky animal poop to shovel like Noah (from the girl whose greatest dream is to care for horses when she grows up.)
Today my seven-year-old built a fort to hide in and brought down all of her animals to recreate Noah’s ark.
