Clean Baked Oatmeal

Preheat at 350°F (180°C)

1/4 cup (115 g) butter
2 tablespoons coconut oil
melted in 8×8 pan while preheating

1 egg
beat in medium mixing bowl

1/3 cup (80ml) milk
1/2 teaspoon (6 g) salt
1 teaspoon (6 g) baking powder
1/3 cup (104 ml) pure maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Stir together

1 3/4 cups (170g) whole grain oats In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat egg. Add rest of ingredients except oats and mix thoroughly until well combined. Add oats and stir. Pour into a greased 8×8 baking dish. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 35 minutes. (15 min chaleur tournante)
